strategic communication

I have made a career of employing strategic communications to help my employers and consulting clients reach their goals—whether they’re a large company like Gojo Industries/Purell, an edutainment program like USC’s Hollywood, Health and Society, a teaching hospital like Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a global NGO like WHO, or a health tech start-up like Fern Health. I guide senior leaders and interdisciplinary teams through critical steps in communications strategy and implementation. Depending on the client and their needs, this may involve goal setting, formative research, creative collaboration, message development, content creation, strategic implementation, or evaluation. From leading UX focus groups and key informant interviews to launching omnichannel campaigns, I find each stage of strategic communications fascinating and exciting.

“Jennie is a true professional and joy to work with. She’s a creative, strategic thinker who sees the big picture—and can always envision an even better picture. She’s also highly pragmatic, detail-oriented, and disciplined. With that rare combination, Jennie is a valuable asset to any team.
